General Conditions and reservations:

For the established groups, a test of swimming realized there swimming pool by a swimming coach is compulsory (25m for the kayak and 50 m for the raft). In defect, the test can be realized in the beginning of activity by the instructor awarded a diploma by state specialized in the activity.

For the registration, you necessarily have to fill the form below and send it to us, by mail or email.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

To practice the nautical activities it is indispensable to know how to swim and to be healthy. A parental consent is compulsory for the minors .All the necessary material is supplied, it is however recommended to plan extra clothes one cuts wind and of old basketballs to navigate. To guarantee you comfort, the good to be and safety we provide you with isothermal combinations as well as life jackets adapted to your morphology. All the equipment answers safety standards it. The transport of the persons is assured free of charge in vehicle 9 places for the needs of the activity. The movements on the place of activity are not charged. Any reservation of stay gives place to a preliminary payment of 30 % of the amount of the service of your choice. For any particular request do not hesitate to contact us, we shall try hard to satisfy your desires and projects.

Reservation:

The reservations can be made by telephone or by e-mail and must be confirmed in writing they are treated in order of arrival; they are taken within the limits of the available places. If you are a group you have to download the form and send back it to us. To guarantee you the best service the reservation is effective in reception of the correctly filled registration form and the deposit on the service of 30 % of the total price of the stay with a 80 € minimum on the organized stay. A confirmation will be sent to you in reception of the file.

Modification of the reservation, the cancellation, the interruption of stay:

Any modification or cancellation on the initial estimate must be communicated with us as soon as possible. The cancellation pulls the loss of the paid deposit. En case of current stay interrupted by your care the deposit remains acquired and the made services will be charged towards the reservation that you Made. The balance is charged to you at the end of stay. The school of Paddle of Velay reserves the right to cancel an activity because of the unsuitable or dangerous weather conditions. A day will be proposed to you as a replacement or we shall pay off to you the completeness of your stay.  

Insurances:

Every follower or body has to possess its own insurance in civil liability to cover its own responsibility towards the others. Multirisk house or school cover most part of time this type of activity, it is recommended to verify with your insurer if the risk is covered well. Professional civil liability of the person receiving benefits every follower is covered in civil liability towards a fault committed by the Velay paddle school. We are not responsible In case of wound caused by our fact or fault during the stay, In case of failure of the attributable equipment in neglect. The accidents provoked by your carelessness, the noncompliance with safety instructions or the ignorance of the topo-guide are excluded who is put back to you were which are not attributable to our organization. Damage to property is not taken care.

The rent of canoes and kayaks:

The school of paddle cannot be considered as person in charge of the bad behavior of the persons, the rent is an act free and granted by the customer, the incurred risks are defined at the time of the briefing. In spite of our daily investment on the ground we cannot be considered as persons in charge of the neglect of banks, tree trunks natural obstacles which are under the competence of the state … We are not also responsible for human arrangements on the river such as dams, overflows, mills, hydroelectric stations …  

Conditions of practice:

The law requires swimming to practice the nautical activities. For the organized groups a certificate validated by swimming coach or a check the day of the activity of the capacities by the instructor of kayak is compulsory. For the Rafting it is required to swim at least 50 meters and to be 10-year-old minimum on the Loire and 12 years minimum on Allier.

For the private individuals of affidavits will be supplied for the adults and the children to sign the day of the activity. It is misadvised from the persons suffering from cardiac problems to practice sports with strong sensations. The school of Paddle of Velay cannot be considered as person in charge in case of dissimulation of your physical state the instructor.

Correspondence

The school of paddle of Velay is a sports establishment approved youth and sports according to the French law Under N N°04396ET0021 SIRET: 40127597900021 The material equipment is recent and chosen among the best of the market, is approve in standards it and adapted to all the public. The supervision is awarded a diploma by state and presents the skills and the maximal conditions of safety towards the legislation of the French Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Price lists: the indicated price lists rates are fixed and revisable every year, they include:

- The sports performance completes: supply of the equipment adapted to the activity Supervision by patented instructor (monitor) of state - Shuttles in minibus bound to the activity.

- Insurances for the activity.

They do not understand (include): the accommodation (hosting) and the restoration (catering) and your own insurance.  

Complaints: Any complaint must be made in the next 30 days; the complaint can wear only the activity and her organization. Our responsibility cannot be engaged for loss, degradation, flight of personal affairs, objects of value or sorts or degradation of vehicle.
